Coach Rose is a mother of 3, wife to Gary and dog mom to her English Mastiff, Disney. 

After struggling with her weight her entire life, starting her first diet at age 12, she discovered the key to weight loss success after hiring a nutrition and fitness coach in 2015 after having her 3rd child at age 31.

With the help of her coaches, she did the exact opposite of what the dieting industry told her, she needed to do: eat as little as possible and run my way thin. She lost 30 pounds and  got in the best shape of her life all while having Taco Tuesday, Pizza Friday, and Sunday morning donuts with her kids.

She felt like she needed to shout to the roof tops to every woman struggling with her weight, to know real, science based keys to empowered weight loss. This inspiration lead her to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Master Nutriton Coach, and Certified Pregnant and Post Partum Coach.
